Aseptic Filling Machines for Juice & Dairy

UHT + sterile filling lines by KIWL Machine

KIWL Machine builds aseptic filling lines for juice and dairy producers who need shelf-stable products without preservatives. A line links UHT sterilization, a sterile balance tank and an aseptic filler that doses into pre-sterilized bottles, cups or pouches inside a closed, steam-sterilized chamber. Lines ship CE certified with CIP recipes for dairy and juice product changeovers.

How aseptic filling works

Product is Ultra-High-Temperature sterilized (135–150 °C for 2–6 seconds), cooled, then held in an aseptic tank. The filler sterilizes packaging with hydrogen peroxide or steam and doses in a sealed chamber, so ambient bacteria never contact the product. The result is months of ambient shelf life with no additives.

Products that run on aseptic lines

Low-acid and high-acid juices, milk and flavored milk drinks, soy milk, yogurt drinks, iced tea and coconut water. Viscosity ranges from thin waters to pulpy juices with positive-displacement fillers.

Package formats

PET and glass bottles from 200 mL to 2 L, plastic cups with foil or film lids, stand-up pouches and bag-in-box. One filler platform can be re-tooled across formats for contract producers running mixed SKUs.

Frequently Asked Questions

What is the difference between hot-fill and aseptic filling?

Hot-fill doses hot product into the bottle and relies on the bottle's heat for cap sterility — simpler, but limited to acidic drinks. Aseptic filling sterilizes product and packaging separately, enabling ambient shelf life for low-acid milk and juice.

What capacity aseptic lines do you build?

From 2000 BPH pilot lines to 12000 BPH commercial lines, with 2–6 filling heads.

Can one line handle both juice and milk?

Yes — CIP recipes switch product families without cross-contamination.

Is the line export-ready?

CE certified, exported to 50+ countries with installation and operator training.
