Why Processors Choose KIWL
The differences that matter in practice are usually not on a specification sheet: how the line is sized, who is responsible when something does not work, and what documentation arrives at handover.
Equipment sized from the product, not a catalogue
A juice line running 30 percent pulp and a milk line running 4 percent fat need different heat exchangers, pumps and valves. Sizing starts from viscosity, pulp content and pH rather than from a nominal capacity figure.
One point of responsibility
Process design, equipment supply, installation supervision and commissioning sit under one contract. When a line does not reach rated output, there is no dispute between three suppliers about whose machine is responsible.
Utilities planned with the process
Steam, chilled water, compressed air, water treatment and effluent are specified alongside the process equipment. Undersized utilities are the most common reason a correctly specified line cannot reach its rated capacity.
Documentation at handover
P&IDs, utility schedules, spare parts lists, electrical drawings and operating manuals are handed over as a package, along with commissioning records that audits will ask for later.
