High Speed Cup Filling Machine
A high-speed rotary cup filler for volume dairy production, where servo filling and inline weight feedback keep overfill under control at 40,000 cups per hour.

Servo filling with per-cup feedback
At 40,000 cups per hour a 1 percent overfill is 400 cups per hour of product. Servo pistons with individual weight feedback correct each lane continuously, which a cam-driven filler cannot do.
Why lane count matters more than speed at this scale
Cups per hour at fixed cycle time is set by lane count. Going from 12 to 16 lanes raises output a third without increasing machine speed, which is why lane count is the specification to negotiate.
Downtime is the real constraint
At this speed a foil splice or a jam costs thousands of cups. Automatic splicing and jam detection with lane-level reject are worth more than a higher rated speed.
Typical Applications
- Volume yoghurt production — Fits a plant running more than 150,000 cups a day on a few SKUs.
- Dessert and pudding lines — The same machine fills mousse and pudding with a different filler head.
- Private label contracts — Lane-level weight data supports the audit documentation private label buyers require.

Frequently Asked Questions
What air and power does it need?
About 4 m3/min at 6 bar and 45 kW for a 16-lane machine including sealing.
How fast is a format change?
Thirty to sixty minutes for a cup size change, including seal head and lane guide swap.
Can it run foil and plastic lids?
Yes, with different seal heads. Preformed lids need a separate magazine.
